Reservation and Cancellation Policies

1. Reservations and Deposits

To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total trip price. The remaining balance must be paid before the departure date. We accept payments via PayPal and international bank transfers. Please note that any bank charges or transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us as soon as possible. - Cancellations more than 30 days prior: The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future trip (subject to availability). - Cancellations less than 30 days prior: The deposit will be forfeited. - No-show: No refund will be given.

3. Itinerary Changes

We strive to adhere to the published itinerary, but mountain conditions can be unpredictable. AndinoTrek reserves the right to modify the itinerary for safety, weather, or force majeure reasons. We will do our best to offer alternatives of equal value and maintain the original experience.

4. Refunds

No refunds will be given for services voluntarily unused by the client once the trip has started, such as leaving the trek early, not using reserved transport or accommodation, etc. We strongly recommend having travel insurance that covers unforeseen cancellations.
